Throughout my life I have consistently sought for a deeper understanding of myself from which I can connect to my world with more ease and bring my creative expression to it. I am committed to living a life of fierce compassion, full creative expression, resilient joy, and being of inspiration and wise service to others.

I guide individuals and facilitate groups in discovering just “where” are they exactly, explore what do they really want, choose their steps forward, deconstruct blocks along the way, and establish systems to successfully navigate changes you want to make - to live a life you love.

I LOVE witnessing my clients develop integrity, resilience, and wellbeing. It’s a profound heart-joy for me! It’s what I am here to do.
